These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Legacy Chauffeurs’ services and website at thelegacychauffeurs.com. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

Legacy Chauffeurs provides premium private chauffeur services in Orlando, Florida and surrounding areas including Winter Park, Windermere, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Celebration, Kissimmee, Sanford, and destinations including Orlando International Airport (MCO), Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Port Canaveral, and International Drive.

All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Legacy Chauffeurs.
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, destination, date, and time details at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
• Pricing is based on vehicle selection, service type, distance, and duration.
• Airport transfers start from $120. Hourly service starts from $95 per hour (minimum 2 hours). Rolls-Royce Ghost experience starts from $350.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, tolls, and out-of-area travel.
• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Reservation deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled service. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service may be eligible for a credit toward a future reservation. Legacy Chauffeurs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Waiting Time

• For airport pickups, Legacy Chauffeurs provides a standard waiting period of 60 minutes from the confirmed flight landing time at no additional charge.
• For all other pickups, a standard waiting period of 15 minutes is included.
• Waiting time beyond these periods may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

6. Flight Tracking

Legacy Chauffeurs monitors all MCO airport arrivals in real time. Your chauffeur’s pickup time will be adjusted automatically based on your actual flight arrival. This service is provided at no additional charge on all airport transfer bookings.

7. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to treat Legacy Chauffeurs vehicles and staff with respect.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Legacy Chauffeurs vehicles.
• Consumption of food and beverages is subject to prior agreement.
• Legacy Chauffeurs reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if passenger conduct is deemed unsafe, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
• Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the responsible party.

8. Luggage & Belongings

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
• Legacy Chauffeurs will take reasonable care in assisting with luggage but accepts no liability for loss or damage.
• Items left in vehicles will be held for a reasonable period. Contact us immediately if you have left belongings in a Legacy vehicle.

9. Liability

• Legacy Chauffeurs maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all vehicles and journeys.
• Legacy Chauffeurs is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or flight delays.
• Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the value of the booking in question.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Amendments

Legacy Chauffeurs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida.
